Dryland is a crucial component of PAQ's program. We partner with an exclusive professional training facility to create INDIVIDUAL dryland plans for each athlete.  We also conduct daily dryland workouts in conjunction with in-water training. The focus is on plyometric and multi-functional exercises to stabilize the core. We also utilize resistance cords, Olympic lifting, and other weight training disciplines.
